Staff Pasang & Nongmee are the best. Helped me change room quickly and smoothly. The hotel is great except the door soundproofing is bad. Can hear guests close their doors and noise in the corridor. 3 min walk to Phaya Thai airport rail n …

The room is bigger than expected. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The location was awesome and convenient - a short walk from the main road. Just a little sound during odd hours when the train past by. Overall a great stay for me!

The hotel is very clean, quiet, convenient to all locations, like shopping, night market, eateries. All the staffs r very friendly, helpful especially Ms Pasang Nongmee, she is always very cheerful, friendly n very helpful on our request. We will recommend to all our friends and will come back to the same hotel again on our next trip Derrick

Great location, close to transportation. Super famous "Factory" coffee was just across the street, which was a nice surprise for us, we visited a couple of times. There were great massage places around the neighborhood as well. Hotel is cute and boutique style. Small but very charming.

stay here for 4 days 3 nights and the service & environment from the hotel were superb! Thanks for Pasang and Nongmee for your help and friendly service! Location wise is super convenient as well as there are a BTS station, 7E and spa nearby.

Location is superb, beds are comfortable, hotel is clean. The only con of this property is the soundproofing of the rooms. When you are in your room, you will be able to hear the noises at the corridor and it's rather loud - you can hear footsteps and conversations, moving of items etc. This is especially so during the mornings when housekeeping are doing their duties. Unfortunately they are my daily alarm clock when i did not require one.

Hotel Thomas is located in a small street with a great location 5min walk to Phaya Thai Train Station. The entrance is beautiful, tidy and receptionist helpful to help meet our needs. The rooms are tidy, with a nice bathroom and a fake plant to make the design more natural. Windows can open partially to see the outside and get natural air if you want. Room Service always fast to clean our room, which we appreciated. TV had Netflix, so if you want to stay in. Great place to do so for the night. Overall a good stay, good design with great photo shots and would come again.
